Q. How to order


A. It's easy and secure! Choose the option that suits you best:

1. Order On-line - Add some 'gorgeous gifts' to your cart and PayPal will process your payment from their secure site. In most internet browsers, a locked padlock image indicates your confidential details will be processed over a secure connection.  PayPal accepts Visa and Mastercard. A purchase receipt will be sent to your email address.


2. Order by Fax / Mail / Phone - Download the order form. Pay by credit card or cheque. A purchase receipt will be sent to your nominated address once your payment has been processed.

Q. Pricing

A. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars are inclusive of GST.

Prices for goods displayed on our website may change at any time at our sole discretion. You must pay to us the price for the goods that is displayed on our website at the time you place an order, plus any applicable delivery and handling charges.


Q. Delivery

We deliver Australia wide via the Australia Post delivery network. We can deliver to you or the gift recipient’s address. We don't insure orders so please nominate a secure delivery address. Postage cost will be added during the checkout process.


All products (except those listed below*) will be sent via Australia post. Postage cost is based on the total $ amount of products ordered. Please refer to the notes below:

Q. Returns

Where an item you have ordered is faulty, unfit for its purpose, does not match our description of the item, or otherwise breaches our obligations in respect of the supply of goods, we may - to the extent permitted by law – limit our liability to any one or more of the following (at our election):

  • resupplying the goods or equivalent goods; 
  • repairing the goods; or 
  • paying the cost of having the goods resupplied.


In addition to your rights at law, if you are not 100% happy with a Mirabel Foundation-branded clothing item you have ordered we ask you to contact us within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide a credit or exchange (excluding delivery charges) if the item is returned as new with tags and in the same condition that it was sold. Please include the original order confirmation.

Delivery charges are not refundable unless they are due to our error or breach.

Q. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.


Q. Stock Availability

If the gift you wish to purchase is out of stock please email or call us during business hours on (03) 9527 9422. We will note your interest and will contact you as soon as it becomes available again. If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Q. Security

The security of your confidential information is important to us. PayPal has installed a number of security safeguards to protect the information you provide when making a purchase.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
